We intend to make a profit on the purchase of your property either in the same year or a long way off for the benefit of our children’s, children. Each property is different and so, different exit strategies will be employed based on the unique characteristics of your property. Some properties we purchase to “buy and hold” for a long term investment. Other properties we purchase with the intent to re-sell the same year.

“What are the benefits of submitting my property information on this website?”

Capturing the property details through the website is best because it keeps us streamlined. You are also welcome to call to give the details over the phone. Your privacy is secure with us. We will never share or sell your information.

“Is there a cost for your services?”

Glad you asked because this is the best part about doing business with us. No, there are not hidden costs. Our offer to you is a net cash offer. What we agree on is what you get. We pay 100% of all closing costs, HOA/POA transfer fees,  and there are no real estate commissions to pay.

“How quickly can you make me an offer?”

Usually within 24 hours or 1 business day of receiving all the necessary information about the property.

“You sent me a purchase agreement, what is that?”

This is simply a purchase contract between us the Buyer and you the Seller, stating we intend to purchase your property for a specified amount.  This purchase contract is then provided to the title company, so they can open escrow and begin the sale process.

“How do I get paid for my property?”

All monies are disbursed at the time of signing/closing.  To ensure all risk is removed for you the Seller, we always use an independent 3rd party to distribute the funds to you.  This 3rd party is either a Title Company or a mobile notary.  We can disburse funds via wire transfer or check (whatever method you prefer).
